Director of Sales and Market Development
Tourism Victoria seeks a dynamic tourism professional to join our management team as Director of Sales and Market Development. The Director of Sales and Market Development will have the ability to manage, engage and motivate staff performance while leading a team of Travel Trade, Meetings & Incentive Travel and Travel Media professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years experience in a senior sales role with a destination marketing organization or related tourism industry experience. Experience and knowledge in the Travel Trade aspect of tourism as well as general knowledge around Meeting & Incentive Travel and Travel Media is required. This position requires some travel and a second language is an asset.
