Marrying in a Public Park

Victoria is world-renowned as the City of Gardens and, with a mild climate year-round, is the perfect location for outdoor weddings. Weddings are permitted in Victoria’s beautiful Beacon Hill Park and all parks in the Capital Regional District (CRD). In CRD parks, a permit to hold a wedding is required and no alcohol or large receptions are allowed, due to the need for park preservation.
