Fort Rodd Hill Historic Garrison Camp

Re-enactors representing western Canada's military histroy from the 1890's to the 1950's camp out on the grounds of Fort Rodd Hill National Historc Site and demonstrate vintage military uniforms, vehicles and equipment. This event includes children's activities and a historic weapons demonstration.

16th Annual Arts and Music at Glendale

Glendale Gardens and Woodland presents the 16th Annual Arts and Music at Glendale.
On this weekend, Victoria's vibrant arts community is showcased in the magnificent floral setting of Glendale Gardens and will feature over 60 artists, artisans and musicians.
Refreshments will be available from the Tea Room and throughout the Garden all weekend.

Stage in the Park

The Stage in the Park, commonly known as the 'Cameron Bandshell', is an outdoor performance venue located off of Arbutus Way and Bridge Way in the heart of Victoria's renowned Beacon Hill Park. Raven Baroque in the Summer

This summer see and hear 12 musicians in Renaissance and Baroque costumes playing concertos by Vivaldi, Handel, Corelli and other favourite composers from the Baroque era. Young musicians from the University of Victoria play solos with this unconducted orchestra.

Exhibition Opening: SMASH: International Indigenous Weaving

SMASH will showcase work that is vital to an understanding of Aboriginal work from the Coast Salish, Micmaq, American Southwest, Alaskan, and Hawaiian regions. Ceremony of the Flags

Over 230 teenaged sea cadets from Her Majesty's Canadian Ship (HMCS) QUADRA will take to the BC Legislature Lawn on Saturday, 31 July 2010 as part of their annual Ceremony of the Flags performance.
With a 50-member band, 100 member guard and sixty cadets manning the flag party and naval field guns, the performance will honour the Canadian Navy Centennial. The Cadets come from across Canada and are 14 - 18 years old.
