Operations Manager and CRM Lead
The Operations Manager and CRM Lead is responsible for ensuring smooth operations across departments and assisting the CFO & VP, Operations with day-to-day internal operations. This position holds a variety of responsibilities including coordination of technical and maintenance contractors, network and systems administration, and holistic responsibility for the customer relationship management (CRM) system. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in operations, project planning and IT. This position requires someone with a hands-on approach who takes initiative to assist wherever needed to support the CFO & VP Operations. This role is the internal first point of contact for any IT, CRM and operations-related questions.

This is a Level 4 position in accordance with the established salary bands. As an 0.8 FTE position, the salary range for this position is $44,900-60,700 per annum. The successful candidate can expect to enter the organization no higher than the midpoint of the compensation range.
