With one of the most breweries per capita anywhere in North America, it’s no secret that locals take great pride in the city’s beer scene. – A family-owned and operated distillery, Victoria Spirits makes premium spirits by hand in their gleaming copper, wood-fired still – the only one of its kind in Canada! They are an entirely carbon neutral company that distills a number of fine spirits, including Victoria Gin – Canada’s first premium gin – an aged Oaken Gin, their lusciously smooth Left Coast Hemp Vodka and a number of eau de vies and cocktail bitters. Rumour has it they even have a whiskey on the way too!
