Sue Maitland Life Coach and creator of the Mini-Self-Care Retreat invites you to join her and women’s nutrition expert, Kristen Yarker, MSc, RD, for a night of cutting through the clutter so you can make informed and conscious choices about healthy eating. Discover a simple, scientific evidence-based plan to get your metabolism revving, balance hormones and clear brain fog. Kristen is committed to bringing the JOY to healthy eating. Kristen will reveal key mistakes that can cause cravings and create creeping weight gain. You’ll leave the workshop with valuable information and a plan that will help you make better dietary choices that support you being your best and healthiest self. Put this valuable information to immediate use as you make informed food choices at the buffet supper at the Union Club included as part of this mini retreat. You’ll be sharing this evening with a small group of other women who are interested in learning how to bring the JOY back into eating and are curious about how to do that.

It will be a safe and confidential environment and you’ll leave with valuable information that you can put to immediate practical use. Come with a friend or on your own and make some new friends. We’ll enjoy our buffet supper at the Union Club at 7pm after the workshop component of the evening where you'll be able to immediately apply some of the valuable information Kristen will have shared with us in the workshop.
