You may know that I’ve been offering Mini Self-Care Retreats in Victoria at the Union Club once per month since the beginning of 2016. I love creating the space for busy women to make time to appreciate themselves and understand the importance of integrating self-care into their lives.
I’ve been actively looking for opportunities to bring new workshops and events to build on the work we begin in the mini self-care retreat and I’m delighted to be able to introduce you to another wonderful ICF certified coach, Lynda Monk, who has accepted my invitation and will be travelling from Salt Spring Island to deliver this very special mini-retreat focused on journal writing for self-care.
