If you are looking for a unique vacation experience, plan a stay in a merridale yurt. Spend a relaxing few days at merridale with a true country getaway. A yurt is a portable, round dwelling used traditionally by nomadic groups. Yurts have been around for at least three thousand years, and are known for their spiritual and calming benefits. Merridale’s two yurts are one room cabins that let you experience the peacefulness of the countryside. Unwind in a claw foot tub or in the gentle warmth of the fireplace as the sounds of nature lull you to sleep. The next morning, you can look forward to a short walk up to our bistro for breakfast of fresh coffee or tea and fresh baked goods from our wood-fire brick oven.
Availability is mid-April to mid-October, weather dependent. Rates based on double occupancy. Dogs may be considered but arrangements must be made in advance. Please call for availability.
