Take a self-guided tour of the Downtown Flavour Trails Partners – including restaurants featuring farm-to-table ingredients and stories, small businesses showcasing locally made food products, an urban farm, and more!

  • Visit Restaurant Trail Partners & discover feature dishes, learn about local farms & the stories behind where your ingredients come from

  • Visit small stops discover locally made products,  farm-to-table bites & sample

  • Farm tours at 10:15am, 11:5am, 12:15pm

Farm-to-table cooking demo at FED Urban Farm with Chef Heidi Fink 

featuring farm-fresh produce & fresh caught seafood from Finest at Sea
