Introducing our newest three-day workshop! Join us for a fun and info-filled course with instructor, Taryn O’Gorman, where you’ll create a beautiful 2-layer copper or brass pierce-work pendant.

We have silver available for purchase if preferred to metals included in the course.

Pierce-work is the art of intricate saw cutting from a sheet of metal and can be stunning on its own or layered for contrast. In this workshop, you’ll learn to saw, file, oxidize and polish. And you’ll leave with something handcrafted by you! Choose from a collection of pre-designed rectangle or round templates or come with your own pierce-work design for the top layer of your pendant.

Requirements:

No previous experience is necessary.

This is a great class as an introduction to silversmithing.
