Fanny has a bachelor's degree in communications from UQAM, a master's degree in tourism development, and a graduate microprogram in management and sustainable development from HEC. She has specialized for several years in sustainable development in the tourism sector and has given various conferences on the subject. Moreover, her certificate from the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) also attests to her skills. She is now in charge of sustainable development at Tourisme Montréal where one of her main tasks was to develop a sustainable tourism strategy and to implement it. She acts as a resource to ensure the realization of projects that reflect the values of regenerative tourism.
