Charlotte is President and CEO of the Tourism Industry Association of Canada. TIAC is Canada’s only national voice representing the interests of all sectors of the tourism industry, including accommodations, transportation, attractions, meetings and conventions as well as destinations
Charlotte has had a long career as a government relations professional, spearheading advocacy change for some of Canada’s largest broadcasting companies over more than two decades, and more recently for Canada’s $102 Billion tourism industry.
During her tenure as President and CEO of TIAC, she has been successful at developing the vision, direction and strategies required to take TIAC to the next level and making it Canada’s premier tourism voice in Ottawa.
