IMPACT is about creating a legacy of regenerative tourism in Canada. This conference brings together diverse voices from across the country including operators, students, entrepreneurs, industry groups, academics, scientists and policy experts to learn from each others successes and address the challenges of our industry head on. • Shift - SHIFT is a half-hour documentary about the indigenous youth from Carcross, Yukon who have spent the past 10 years converting traditional trails around their town in to a world-class mountain biking destination -- and transforming their community and themselves along the way.
• Great Bear Rainforest - IMAX - In the film Great Bear Rainforest. Hidden from the outside world, the Great Bear Rainforest is one of the wildest places left on earth. Found on Canada’s remote Pacific coast, it is the last intact temperate rainforest in the world—a place protected by the region’s indigenous people for millennia.

IMPACT 2023 - Building Careers with Purpose with Philip Mondor (English)

Sustainable Tourism in Protected Areas (English) - The third edition of the official guidelines for Sustainable Tourism in Protected Areas was released by the International Union for Conservation of Nature. The guidelines are available for free download in PDF format. The document is all new, was written by 58 authors, and includes case studies and best practices.
