Sandi Weir

Vice President, Destination Development & Government Relations / Norwegian Cruise Line

Sandi Weir is Vice President of Destination Development and Government Relations. In this role she is responsible the strategic initiatives of destination development for Norwegian, Oceania and Regent Seven Seas. Weir also manages the corporation’s relationships with local government authorities as well as the communities where the ships call.

Weir joined Norwegian Cruise Line in 2005 in the Hawaii offices as their operations of the US Flagged Cruise Ships were significantly expanding. Weir held the position of Director, Business Development while Norwegian was investing in shore-side businesses, purchasing a State-wide motor coach company and a building a Hawaiian luau experience (dinner show). Gradually Weir assumed the role of President these two entities, Polynesian Adventure Tours, LLC and PAT Tours, LLC. During 2017 both entities were sold to a third-party and Weir transferred to the Miami headquarters to assume her current role.

Prior to Norwegian Weir held positions at Cendant Corporation in their travel division. She began her career in the Oil and Gas industry in Calgary, Canada. Weir has a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Honors) and is a CPA.
