    Add your event to our online calendar using the form below. Please keep your audience and visitors in mind: what do they need to know about your event?

    Please include an image. Image specs are 635 pixels wide by 435 pixels high. jpeg format preferable.

    Please note: Destination Greater Victoriaย reserves the right to deny submissions for reasons including, but not limited to: Profanity, location (outside of the Greater Victoria region), event not geared towards the visitor, submissions as sales or ongoing business promotions, multiple or confusing submissions, inappropriate or no image(s), no external link, or insufficient event detail provided.

    Your event will not be added automatically to the calendar when you click "Submit Event." Submissions will go through a review process to ensure they contain all required information.
