The doors to our new Sidney waterfront distillery opened to the public in May of 2016. From selecting the botanicals, to the blending and bottling, to the hand-numbering of each small batch, each step is a labour of love. Come for an intimate look in one of BC's finest artisan distilleries. Visitors are invited to taste all our premium spirits neat (including our award winning Victoria Gin).
