Inspired by the best bars in New Orleans, Austin, Seattle and Portland, this is a restaurant with superb food and a complete beverage program. The kitchen is led by Chef Gabe Fayerman-Hansen who in fall 2108 placed third in the province in the prestigious Kitchen Party event. His farm to table and fish boat to table philosophy is legendary. Little Jumbo’s cocktail creativity is driven by the entire bar team. Together they deliver every 6 weeks a new set of original cocktail arrays to delight all tastes, as well as setting new standards with finely crafted classics.
Along the way to its 6th year, Little Jumbo has garnered public recognition from enRoute People’s Choice categories and placed highly in the Top 50 Bars in Canada. In the last year, it has been mentioned in Forbes, The Washington Post, New York Times as Victoria’s place to dine and drink.
