A pod of orcas in Victoria, BC

Cafe Brio

Farm and forest to table, pasture to plate, since 1997

Cafe Brio is a creative restaurant offering a menu that reflects the bounty of the season and terroir of Southern Vancouver Island and the surrounding region.

We cure our own meats, butcher whole animals, ferment, pickle, stuff pasta, make our own ice cream and a whole lot more.

We buy our produce from local organic farms and local foragers. Our meat is naturally raised and our seafood is sustainable. Our restaurant changes the menu frequently to showcase the best our island has to offer.

We like wine. A lot. And we hope you like the wine we picked out for you.
