Join us on Sunday afternoon, December 8 at 2 pm, in the cozy confines of the Ross Bay Villa Drawing Room for a pre-Christmas return engagement and reading by popular author, memoirist and columnist Anny Scoones. Daughter of celebrated Canadian painters, Molly Lamb and Bruno Bobak, Anny Scoones is the author of Home: Tales of a Heritage Farm, a touching and humorous account of her life on the 150-year-old Glamorgan Farm in North Saanich. Other books by Ms. Scoones include Last Dance in Shediac, a biography of her indomitable mother Molly, this country’s only female war artist, and Hometown, an exploration of the quirky and quaint charms of Victoria’s unique neighbourhoods.

Anny Scoones is a gifted storyteller and this seasonal Sunday afternoon event is sure to be one of the highlights of this winter’s offerings at the Ross Bay Villa Historic House Museum. Tea and refreshments will be served at the intermission.
This event will sell out quickly. Reserved tickets are required and can only be purchased at https://tinyurl.com/bdemvyb9. Instructions are provided below the poster.
