We’re back—bringing the warmth and energy of the Caribbean to Victoria this winter!

DWTN Winter Lime returns on Saturday, February 28, 2026, transforming the Ship Point Picnic Site into a cultural market and family-friendly gathering.

What’s a Lime?

In Trinidadian culture, “liming” means relaxing, socializing, and enjoying good vibes with good people. That’s exactly what DWTN Winter Lime is all about—an all-ages event where families, friends, and the community come together to connect, celebrate, and experience Caribbean culture in a cozy outdoor setting.

What to Expect

➤ Caribbean Food: Enjoy delicious Caribbean flavours alongside a variety of cultural food options.

➤ Vendors: Browse local vendors offering Caribbean- and African-inspired goods, crafts, art, and services.

➤ Family-Friendly Fun: Kid-friendly activities and games to keep the little ones entertained.

➤ Caribbean Music: DJs spinning Soca, Calypso, Reggae, and other Caribbean genres to keep the vibes high.

➤ Cozy Atmosphere: Warm up with heaters while enjoying beautiful waterfront views at Ship Point.

We liming!

DWTN Winter Lime is a free, all-ages, family-friendly event — perfect for enjoying the winter season with a burst of Caribbean culture, music, and community spirit.
