There is surprising colour to be found in flowers, bark, cones, mushrooms and lichens.

Join us at Ross Bay Villa Historic House Museum for a hands-on workshop exploring the art of dyeing wool, hosted by board member Erika Goetz-Lad. Erika will take you through the steps, from collecting, storing and preparing to the dyeing process. Participants will prepare dye baths and dye samples of spun wool.

The cost is $65 per person. The workshop takes place on Sunday, September 21st, from 12:30-4:30PM. All materials and refreshments are included.

Reservations in advance are required at https://tinyurl.com/56ez7dss. There are only a limited number of seats available for this workshop, so it is recommended to book your place early. All proceeds support Ross Bay Villa Historic House Museum.

Destination Greater Victoria is honoured to be based on the traditional territory of the Lekwungen-speaking peoples of the Songhees Nation and Xwsepsum Nation, whose historical relationships with the land continue to this day.
