Step away from the everyday and experience the peaceful beauty of Victoria Butterfly Gardens after hours.

Led by certified Shinrin-Yoku (Forest Bathing) guide Tracey Cook, this two-hour experience uses mindfulness and sensory practices to help you slow down and reconnect with nature. Surrounded by butterflies, tropical plants, waterfalls, birds, and warm rainforest air, you’ll discover the Japanese-inspired practice of simply being present.

No hiking, nature knowledge, or previous experience is required, just an opportunity to unplug, breathe, and experience the Gardens in a whole new way.
