From shorelines to skiesβ€”celebrate nature with Parks Canada and local organizations.

Join us for guided bird walks, tidepool exploration, ice cream at the canteen, and plenty of nature-based activities for all ages.

Event begins with a Land Acknowledgement and a performance by Lekwungen Traditional Dancers at the Garry
Oak Learning Meadow.

🐦 11:30 am – 12:00 pm
Guided Bird Walk with the Special Bird Service.
πŸ“ Departs from the Garry Oak Learning Meadow.

πŸ¦‹ 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
Ongoing programming with Parks Canada Heritage Interpreters and activities hosted by local organizations.

🐦 1:30 pm – 2:00 pm
Second Guided Bird Walk with the Special Bird Service.
