Join Passport to Science at Swan Lake Nature Sanctuary for a FREE special seasonal event ideal for families!
Learn about “Life in Winter’ on an easy guided walking tour near the Nature House, followed by a kid-friendly craft and warming hot chocolate and tea.
Participants will learn about how lifeforms continue to inhabit the terrestrial and aquatic habitats at Swan Lake during the cold season. As part of this festive time of year, families will decorate a card as a make & take craft – perfect for sending season’s greetings!
No prior experience required—our friends from Passport to Science will be leading and providing assistance. All supplies provided thanks to a TD Park People grant.
