
Mindful Art-Making: Open Art Studio
Here’s what Friday night looks like: you walk into a cozy downtown studio, art supplies already laid out on the table, calm music playing. You pick a seat, settle in, and start creating.
Some people follow a guided prompt or ask for assistance to get started. Some bring their own project. Some just doodle and see what happens.
What’s included:
– All art materials (painting, drawing, mixed media etc.)
– Optional guided creative prompts
– A warm, relaxed space facilitated by an Art Therapist (Hanna Verhagen, MC, DVATI, BA, CCC)
– Tea and soft music
– No art experience needed
– Small group – limited capacity
This is a great first step if you’re curious about using art therapeutically or just want a meaningful way to spend your Friday night. After booking, you’ll receive a short consent form and event reminders via JaneApp.
