Mindful Art-Making: Winter Open Studio
Cozy up this winter and make art alongside fellow community members in a welcoming studio designed to inspire mindfulness, creativity, and connection.
You can:
– Explore painting, drawing, collage, and mixed media
– Work with guided prompts or choose your own self-directed projects
– Reflect on personal themes, emotions, or stories through art
– Use art to slow down, relieve stress, and nurture your well-being
