Noir Fest isn’t your typical wine festival—it’s a backyard BBQ with a twist. Relax, sip, and mingle with the Winemakers behind your favorite Pinot Noirs in an intimate, laid-back setting. This year, Noir Fest unfolds at the picturesque Sixty Forty Farms. Winemakers will be stationed throughout the property, inviting you to explore diverse settings while savoring exceptional Pinot Noirs. Of course, great wine deserves incredible food. We’ve partnered with Top Chef Canada Season 7 winner Paul Moran, a fifth-generation forager with a deep respect for farming, community, and the land. He and his team will be stationed around his beautiful property, Sixty Forty Farms in Central Saanich, curating a selection of bites designed to complement and elevate the flavors of Pinot Noir. Expect a menu inspired by the season’s freshest ingredients, featuring wood-fired dishes, foraged delicacies, and expertly crafted pairings that highlight the depth and character of each wine.
