Indulge in an unforgettable evening where exceptional wine, inspired cuisine, and oceanfront comfort come together at The Arbutus Room at Brentwood Bay Resort. The Quails’ Gate Wine Experience is best enjoyed as a complete getaway, pairing an intimate long-table dinner with a luxurious overnight stay overlooking The Bay.

The Wine Experience
At the heart of the evening is a five-course long-table dinner thoughtfully curated by Chef Kelley Storey. Each dish showcases seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and is intentionally paired to highlight the unique character of a selected Quails’ Gate wine.

Throughout the evening, guests will be guided by Caroline Tucker of Quails’ Gate Winery alongside Brentwood Bay Resort’s award-winning sommelier, Adriano Cartuliares. Together, they will share insights into the craftsmanship, stories, and philosophy behind each pour, creating an engaging and immersive tasting experience.

Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase their favourite Quails’ Gate wines to enjoy at home.

Dress Code: Elevated casual attire is recommended.
