The Avenue Gallery is thrilled to welcome Anne-Sophie Falconer, a figurative sculptor who centres her work around the human soul, exploring the fragility that defines us as human beings. Drawing from her own experiences, she brings to light the aspects we often hide beneath the surface. Her medium of choice is Winterstone (cement), and she is a self-taught artist.

Originally from France, Anne-Sophie moved to Canada after completing her university studies. She began her career in theatre, transitioned to fabric design, and has spent the past decade focused on sculpture. Anne-Sophie now resides in Victoria, BC, where she continues to live and create.
