Victoria’s only 19+ brunch variety show featuring presenters and performers across all genres is BACK for a 3rd (2.5ish?) Season with an all new cast…

Rue McDonald – music – Their art is a deep love song to non-human ecologies, a grief song and call to action.

Paul Oppers – Absurdist, strange, out there comedy.

JJ Rabbit – drag – a multicultural and multifaceted drag performer hailing from both Japan and Grenada. As Van Isle’s only Blasian drag beast, they aim to wow and blast their way through Victoria, one tantrum at a time.

Michelle Chowns & Liz Blanco – improv – Michelle and Liz are Freddy and June; join them for a super scientrific and completely ligagament research study.

As always, we have rice balls (onigiri) by Good Filling Sankaku, drinks by Driftwood, and baked goods. We also have the Strange Shack, to hang out in, pre / post show, play board games, munch of brunch tasties and ogle at your vendor scores. Additionally, we have The Strange Station, a curated education hub for all things waste reduction / upcycling / eco-consciousness.
