Unwind & Create: A Friday Night Art Journaling Workshop
What if your Friday night looked different this week? Instead of the usual routine, spend 90 minutes in a cozy downtown art studio with art supplies, guided prompts, and a small group while making something with your hands and checking in with how you’re feeling.
Here’s what you’ll experience:
→ Simple, accessible techniques such as collage, colour, mark-making (nothing intimidating)
→ Guided creative prompts designed to spark self-reflection
→ A warm, no-pressure space where the process matters more than the product
→ Your own art journal to take home, plus the tools to make this a regular practice
