Feel the stirring emotions of Beethoven’s Egmont, Op. 84, as the orchestra brings to life the heroic tale of Count Egmont. Featuring soprano soloist Grace Budoloski (UVic MMus student) and narrator Anne Grimm, let the powerful rhythms and evocative themes captivate your senses and ignite your imagination. Savour the celestial sounds of Puccini’s Messa di Gloria — a testament to the composer’s mastery of sacred music and a profound composition that evokes both grandeur and intimacy. Starring tenor soloist Graeme Linton (UVic MMus student) and guest baritone, Tyler Duncan, in Victoria for the role of Count Almaviva in Pacific Opera Victoria’s production of The Marriage of Figaro.
