Wildwood Saunas: Soft Launch & Grand Opening at Bilston Creek Farm

Experience the seasonal reopening of Wildwood Saunas at beautiful Bilston Creek Lavender Farm in Metchosin.

Join us for our Soft Launch Weekend on September 19 and 20, followed by our official Grand Opening on October 1, as Wildwood Saunas returns for the season with an expanded sauna experience and exciting new features.

Surrounded by forest and natural beauty, Wildwood Saunas offers a unique opportunity to slow down, reconnect with nature and experience the traditional Nordic practice of hot and cold therapy.

The Soft Launch Weekend offers an early opportunity to experience Wildwood Saunas before the full experience opens. Beginning October 1, all four saunas will be up and running, including two wood-fired community saunas, each accommodating up to 11 guests, and two private four-person saunas. Guests can move between heat and cold while enjoying the outdoor setting, including our invigorating waterfall cold plunge.

Whether you’re returning as a longtime Wildwood guest or discovering us for the first time, come experience the welcoming atmosphere, settle into the rhythm of sauna, and make Wildwood part of your next Vancouver Island getaway.

Advance booking is recommended. Reservations now available for the Soft Launch Weekend and upcoming seasonal sessions. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session to allow time to check in and prepare. All guests are required to complete the Wildwood Saunas waiver before their session. Guests should bring two towels, a water bottle and sandals.
