Ben is the CEO of Rethink2gether, a Vancouver-based consulting company helping commercial kitchens reduce food costs and improve the bottom line. We empower hotels and restaurants with training, app technology to track food waste and support to become certified against the third-party audited certification The PLEDGE™ on Food Waste. Ben developed his passion for food in France, where he grew up. He now has 9 years of experience consulting organizations throughout the food supply chain, and is a member of the Vancouver Food Policy Council.
He has a food engineering background combined with an Executive MBA, and has a proven ability to build a Sustainable and Just Circular Food Economy.
