As the Director of Finance and Operations for ITAC, Cecilia contributes to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing all Finance and Human Resources departmental needs.

A member of the Musqueam First Nation, Cecilia has worked in the travel and tourism industry in excess of 25 years. Her career began at Canadian and American Airlines, later joining Destination BC, working in Partnership Marketing’s inaugural Aboriginal Tourism division, and more recently as the Finance Manager at Indigenous Tourism BC before arriving at ITAC in 2015. She sits on volunteer boards and committees for her nation and women’s organizations in Vancouver’s downtown eastside. As a protocol speaker for Musqueam, she has spoken at many events focused on the environment, most specifically for the land and waters in her traditional territory.
