Travel Business Development Specialist, Royal Roads University

Veronica's vision through her travel agency business is to create a bridge between travelers and the local Mexican communities, fostering mutual respect and understanding. She helps foster growth within existing travel agencies and provides expertise and guidance to entrepreneurs in launching new travel agency businesses.

Emerging as a new researcher, She aims to inspire more Mexican travel agents to adopt sustainable tourism practices in their business and actively promote Mexican culture respectfully and authentically through tourism.

She also advocates for women's empowerment in business, mentoring young female entrepreneurs in Latin America.

She actively participates in conferences and workshops on sustainable tourism, sharing her knowledge and experiences. Veronica moved to Canada with her husband and two children and is pursuing a Master´s degree in Tourism Management specializing in sustainability.

When not busy with her business, Veronica enjoys exploring lesser-known regions of Mexico, capturing the essence of these places through writing.
