Continue your journey of restoration with The Healing Power of Tea, a self-guided tasting offered at the Pendray Tea House, set within a beautifully preserved 19th-century manor overlooking Victoria’s Inner Harbour. Explore the health benefits of one of the world’s oldest and most celebrated beverages through a curated tasting of four distinctive teas, each selected for its unique restorative qualities and flavour profile.

Discover how centuries of tradition and modern science align in celebrating tea’s healing power, from calming the mind to energizing the spirit. You will leave this experience feeling refreshed, balanced, and deeply restored, connected to some of nature’s most nurturing elements: heat, water, and tea.

1. Go to aerthsaunas.com/buy and scroll down to the $67 credit pack option called “Steam and Steep” with The Pendray Tea House. Add however many credits to your cart. 1 credit is required per person.
2. Purchase your credits.
3. Navigate to “Book Now” or go to our schedule at aerthsaunas.com/schedule and select a time slot for the 90-min sauna drop-in session.
4. Guests will be emailed to confirm the time for their sauna and tea experience.
5. Guests will come to their sauna session and the tea tasting portion of the experience will follow their 90-min sauna session.
