A Message on COVID-19 (Coronavirus)
The Royal BC Museum is dedicated to providing a safe and welcoming space for all our visitors. As the COVID 19 situation evolves the museum is committed to understanding the facts and ensuring we respond appropriately.   
The Royal BC Museum has received direction from the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture that the museum precinct should close to the public.  This direction affects the operations of all our onsite partners; Mungo Martin House, the Archives of the Sisters of St. Ann, the Royal Museum Shop, Sequoia Coffee, IMAX Victoria Theatre, BC Museums Association on-site office, and the food trucks. We thank all our partners for their understanding during this time.
