4500 Cedar Hill RD Victoria BC ..

This 188-hectare park in Saanich stretches from the shores or the Salish Sea up through forest canopies to a mountain summit with sweeping views of the region. Throughout the park you will find over 21 kilometres of hiking trails that pass through the various delicate ecosystems that exist between the tidal zone and the summit.
You can hike directly to the summit for a moderate workout, or simply drive to the top and take in the panoramic views. Down below, a network of well-marked trails offers everything from short walks to longer loops, while the beach area is great for a relaxed stroll or a quick dip on a warm day. It’s a place that’s equally suited to an early-morning hike, an afternoon picnic, or catching the sunset.
