Tracey Cook Shinrin Yoku/Forest Bathing Guided Tours
Forest Bathing (Shinrin Yoku) is a science-backed wellness practice that calls us outdoors to slow down, unplug, attune our senses to the living world, and then just… soak it in. It’s this conscious immersing in Nature — relaxing and being cleansed — that gives “forest bathing” its name.
Forest bathing is not hiking. We meander over gentle terrain at an easy pace, with no need to cover any great distance. The point is not getting somewhere, but being here, now.
Forest bathing is not a naturalist learning expendition. We de-emphasize thinking in favour of noticing and delighting.
Join certified guide Tracey and the Forest for 2 or 3 hour fully guided, deeply restorative experiences.
