Museum Tots - Easter

Set your tot on the path to a great education with Museum Tots. A program that introduces children aged 3-5 to the world of museum learning at The Maritime Museum of BC. During these sessions, children will learn through crafts, play, songs, and movement, with April 19th's session having a focus on, you guessed it, Easter.

Easter Weekend at Bilston Creek Farm

Spring into Easter fun at Bilston Creek Farm. On April 4th and 5th, the farm transforms into an Easter wonderland featuring a kids bunny hunt, kids spring seed planting station, an the famous "Hunt for the Golden Egg"! While you're there, be sure to check out the assortment of Easter chocolates for sale, or even pick-up a fresh, hot pizza our of Bilston's outdoor cob oven. General admission is free, and kids activities are available for just $5 per child.

Get all your eggs in one basket at Bullen Park in Esquimalt with the Lion's Easter Eggstravaganza. This year's festivities include an egg hunt, BBQ, and other family-friendly events.

Peninsula Celebrations Society - Easter Egg Hunt

Grab your basket and head over to the Peninsula Celebrations Society Easter Egg Hunt at Dominion Brook Park. Children can find hidden eggs, meet the Easter bunny, and enjoy fun games and activities. The hunt starts at 1:00PM, don't miss out!

Garden City Grooves transforms White Eagle Polish Hall in Victoria, BC into an intimate gathering place where culture, connection and rhythm take center stage. 163rd Victoria Highland Games & Celtic Festival

The 163rd Victoria Highland Games & Celtic Festival will be held over the period of May 9 to 17, 2026. The Festival period starts with the Tartan Parade through downtown Victoria on Saturday, May 9 followed by the Tilted Kilt Pub Crawl on Wednesday, May 13, and the full weekend Highland Games at Topaz Park on Saturday and Sunday, May 16 and 17 at Topaz Park.

Esquimalt Famer’s Market – Gorge Park and Memorial Park

The Esquimalt Farmers Market returns for their season this month! This is a bustling marketplace prioritizing sustainability, locally produced and grown farm-fresh foods, and relationship building amongst our communities. Occurring every Monday night (4:30-7:30pm) in Gorge Park (starting April 3rd) and every Thursday night (4:30-7:30pm) in Memorial Park (starting June 16)th. Please note that the Esquimalt Farmer’s Market is pet-free in accordance with food-safe requirements.

The James Bay Market – Menzies and Superior Street

Handmade, homemade, homegrown. This is the motto of the James Bay Market! This popular day-market runs steps away from Legislature, making it a popular attraction for locals and tourists alike. What you can expect: farm-fresh finds, live music, one-of-a-kind handcrafted home décor and jewelry, and lots of laughs for the whole family. Operating Rain or Shine, May 2nd to October 3rd from 9am – 3pm.

Taking place in Victoria’s beautiful Fairfield community! Moss Street Market provides local and organic farm-fresh produce, handmade crafts, artisan clothing, and inspiring services and community education to Victorians, surrounding neighbours, and visitors. Don’t sleep on this one – the Moss Street Market is a memorable gathering every Saturday starting in May from 10-2pm and is a wonderful way to spend the day’s sunniest hours.
