DAY FOUR:

Chef Castro’s (a Yam Magazine and Eat Magazine chef of the year) uniquely designed menu playfully blends the flavours of West Africa and the Caribbean with Pacific Northwest Cuisine, leaning into our bounty of local, seasonal ingredients. Once you taste HOB’s delicious cuisine, it’s easy to develop a craving for it, and luckily for you many of their sauces, marinades, dressings, and pickles are available as take-home provisions for purchase.
