When do tickets go on sale?

Tickets are on sale now! See the full price list here and get your tickets online through Ticket Rocket now!

Where can I get tickets?

Tickets are available online through Ticket Rocket here or at in-person at Ticket Rocket's downtown location (box office) before the event. Ticket Rocket is located at 101-804 Broughton. Tickets are available for purchase in advance, as well as on the days of the event.

Can I upgrade my pass to VIP?

Ticket upgrades are no longer available as VIP passes are now sold out.

Do I have to register for every event ahead of time, or will there be tickets available during the conference?

Some events will require pre-registration, which will be available until tickets to those events are sold out. There will also be tickets to non-sold-out events available for purchase during the convention.

What are the hours?

Hours will be 3pm - 9pm on Friday, 10am - 6pm on Saturday, and 10am - 5pm on Sunday.

Where do I find out if my favourite artist, writer, actor, etc. is signing autographs?

We’ll be sharing this information as more details are confirmed. Social media, the website, and our mailing list are the best places to get this information as it’s made public. We'll also be sharing maps of the convention spaces closer to March.

Can I sign up to be a cosplay guest?

All inquiries to be a guest at the show should be sent to [email protected]

My costume has a weapon… Will that be a problem?

Have a read through our Official Weapons Policy. If you still have questions regarding your weapon, please email us at [email protected]. We will be checking weapons at the event at the Cosplay Weapon's Check Point. Please keep in mind that Capital City Comic Con is a family-oriented show and we want to make sure everyone has a safe time at the event. No illegal weapons will be permitted at the event.

How else can I get involved in Capital City Comic Con?

You can sign up as a volunteer (applications open Jan 2018) and connect with us on social media. Get involved in the conversation and tell us why you're excited about #CapCityComic! We'll be doing lots of social media giveaways in the lead-up to the convention, so there will be lots of opportunities to get in on the action.

How do I sign up as a volunteer?

You can register as a volunteer online. Before signing up as a volunteer, please carefully read through the Volunteer Information.

Is the whole conference all-ages?

The majority of the convention is all-ages. We are a fun, family-friendly event. Any 19+ events will be clearly identified as such.

Does the event have accessibility options?

The Victoria Conference Centre and Crystal Garden are equipped with ramps, elevators, automatic doors and wheelchair accessible washrooms. Please visit the Victoria Conference Centre’s website for more detailed information on accessibility, as well as maps of both venues with relevant accessibility points clearly marked.

Where can I get something to eat?

There will be several food areas located around the convention. Stay tuned for more information regarding food vendors and where exactly they’ll be located.

If I leave, can I get back in?

Yes, you will be able to get back in with your event bracelet.
