Marchesi Antinori - Winemaker's Dinner Series 2023

The Oak Bay Beach Hotel celebrates their seventh annual Winemaker’s Dinner Series. The series will feature a collection of both local and internationally renowned vineyards, wineries, and estates. Each dinner will showcase the best of each winery, paired with a seasonally inspired menu created by Executive Chef Kreg Graham.

We invite you you to experience personal and refined service in the breathtaking oceanside setting of the Grand Lobby, with the elegant accompaniment of a live pianist. The evening will begin with a welcome glass of sparkling wine upon arrival, followed by a five-course tasting menu. Inspired by fresh, local, and seasonal fare, each dish will be prepared by the Oak Bay Beach Hotel’s Executive Chef and culinary team. Alongside every course will be a perfectly paired wine, poured by guest winemakers, representatives, and/or winery owners.
