Natrall is a second generation chef, creating specialty Indigenous Food & Beverage services in Vancouver.

Focusing on Indigenous Fusion cuisine, he also educates and promotes Indigenous food culture with the Indigenous Culinary of Associated Nations on a national and international fashion with other elite Indigenous chefs on the board. 

Paul Natrall has been specializing in Indigenous Cuisine for over 10 years. His unique flavors & textures create Indigenous Fusion Cuisine. Showcasing the ancient cooking methods such as Stone Baking, Smoking, and Curing of traditional ingredients fusing them with other cuisines. Mentoring the next generation of chefs in the communities he visits. Coaching them through experiences from the food truck and showcasing the food culture. His favorite ancient cooking method to work with is smoking with cherry wood, his favorite protein to use is Bison and his favorite vegetable to work with is Squash. His favourite herb to work with is Sage.
